A Progress Report on C L & P and Power Restoration

Here is the update for this morning. Onthe Debris issue we are still awaiting Presidential declaration and shouldknow more tomorrow.

On the Power front:

Current Number of outage:  988 (5%)

The same crews (15)  from CL&P, Heart & Dominion are workingin Southington today.

The crew supervisors have all outage packages with them today to energizeas many customers as possible (including services).  They will befocusing on the circuits with the majority of the customers first.  Southington will be at 99% by midnight tonight.

 The customer outages are as follows by circuit:
4C17 -- 342  (Southington Ave, N. Main St, Butternut Ln, Berlin Ave,Berlin St, Marcy Dr, Mill St, Woodruff St, Williams St., Howard Ave, etc)
4C19 -- 128 (Beechwood Dr, Meriden Ave, etc)
15Q6 -- 100 (DeFashion, Old Mountain Rd, Hitchcock Rd, Marion Ave, etc.)
4C16 -- 85 (Meriden Waterbury Tpke, Pond View Dr, South End Rd)
12A6 -- 82 (Juniper Ln, Spring St, etc)
4C11 -- 57 (Pleasant St)
4C14 -- 52 (W. Main St, Buckland)
4C15 -- 46 (Walnut St, Raynor, etc)
4C13 - 46 (Knollwood)
11K49 -- 18  (Mount Vernon Rd)
15Q7 -- 11 (Marion Ave, Wonx)
4C12 -- 6 (Moore HIll, Woodruff, Foley, etc -- services only)
15Q5 -- 6 (Lynwood Dr)
12A12 -- 3 (Jordan Ct, Queen St, Dunham St -- services only)

This success is directly attributable to the outstanding work of the DeputyTown Mgr, Police Chief and Highway Superintendent and their respectiveDepartments along with Chuck Motes as the Emergency Mgr.

Please note that any new outages, not related to the storm, will be addressed once the customers who have been without power since Saturday, October 29 have been restored.
